Hiking

One of my favorite hobbies is hiking. Since Kiley had a hard time even walking, Kais, Kohl and I went off for a scenic hike. It was BEAUTIFUL and we had a small encounter with a heard of 19 elk. When we were coming back on the trail they were standing right on it leading into the parking lot. I put Kais on my back and made a big loop to get around them. I don't think they would have minded us as much but they were cautious of Kohl. One of the bulls started moving towards us at one point, but after a while they calmed down and started grazing again. Kaisley talked about the "melk" all day.
